We are looking for a creative and commercially minded Office Manager to join our HQ centrally located in Gothenburg.

Join us to contribute on 3 main areas: 

1) Tenant Management

We are subletting out a large area of our office space to multiple tech and startup companies. Your role is partly caring for existing tenants and help them grow with us, and partly commercially work to welcome new tenants. 

2) Office Management and Physical Work Environment 

Nothing about Minna is normal, and neither is our office. We have decorated with more unicorns than we can count, our bathrooms are as taken from a hotel and we have built up a fully equipped kitchen. This role will manage vendors (such as cleaning or coffee supply) and work to always maintain a neat environment. Join us to further develop our unique and innovative work space. 

3) Global Administrative and Event related support 

Minna holds additional offices in the UK, US, India and Romania and you would remotely support these hubs to transfer our culture and workplace experience. You would work in tight collaboration with Head of People & Culture to coordinate events (in-person and digital) as well support on various administrative tasks.   

To thrive in this role we see that you:

  • Are driven to provide excellent service 
  • Have a commercial mindset to upscale the tenant revenue generated 
  • Show strong administrative and coordinating abilities
  • Bring experience from roles such as Office Manager, Receptionist, Interior Designer, Conference or Event Manager
  • Are proficient in Swedish and English
