About you
You’re organised, proactive and a fast learner, and you’re an expert within your field. You thrive in a dynamic environment, and you’re an engaged team player with focus on the joint effort and knowledge sharing. We do not expect you to be an expert in compliance, privacy and information security – you’ll learn everything you need to know from our compliance specialists. What is important is that user experience is an integral part of your mindset and day-to-day team conversations, and that you naturally find and pursue new ideas on your own initiative. It’s also essential that you can efficiently evaluate ideas and concepts, and quickly identify the best solutions. We’re a learning organisation that is constantly trying to improve by challenging status quo. We expect you to come with expertise and challenge us too.
