Unusual software startup Wealthrone Oy is looking for interns for our international human resources efforts. The internship starts in Q1-2023, with a duration of 3-6 months upon agreement. The position is unpaid, but we have a bonus pool for our successful interns.

The ideal candidate must have competent communication skills in English (other languages are a plus), a creative and outgoing personality, and a willingness to take responsibility & execute with passion.  

Wealthrone has developed software that aims to gain more wealth for its users. The product is simple and works well, and now the World needs to know about it. We launched last year and the software only generated revenue of €10M+ per month.

Responsibilities:

• Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms

• Screen resumes and application forms

• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates

• Post, update, and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks

• Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like budgets by department)

• Address employee queries 

• Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies

• Participate in organizing company events

Requirements for the position.

• Educational background in Human Resources Management at any level 

• Growth mindset: self-development is part of your core principles

• Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting

• Basic knowledge of labor legislation

• Experience as a Staff Assistant or similar junior HR role is a plus

• Basic computer skills (Experience with MS Office)

• Professionalism and confidentiality

• Creative and outspoken

• Eagerness to learn and work in an international environment.
