tamigo goes beyond traditional Workforce Management to help our customers achieve their business goals. As an Implementation Specialist, you work directly with our customers, configuring our solution to their needs and providing consulting services and training.
tamigo is a cloud-based workforce management solution which is designed to improve daily operations by making work easier and more transparent for employees and employers, particularly within retail and hospitality. As our new Implementation Specialist, you will have a vital role in introducing our solution to high profile customers in well-known retail brands and hospitality. You will facilitate workshops and guide international customers in how to maximise their performance. You will join an international team of 6 and report to the Head of Implementation in our Copenhagen Headquarters. Our team is closely knit together and prides itself of its engagement and team spirit.
We imagine that you are stakeholder savvy, know how to guide others to a successful implementation in their new software solution, and understand how to support customers in their internal change management. As a de facto external consultant to our customers, you have a sense of urgency and are commercially conscious. You enjoy the opportunity of building and expanding customer relationships, as well as the growth of our business. You will occasionally travel to customers to conduct trainings on-site.
Some of your responsibilities will be:
Configuring tamigo for our customers
Advise customers on setups and workflows in accordance with their business needs
Drive project tasks from start to finish within agreed deadlines
Deliver end-user training to our B2B customers in France
Produce documentation for handover to Customer Support and facilitate handover meetings
Collaborate with colleagues in Customer Support to assist with training, configuration and implementation tasks for existing customers
Add value by making customers aware of add-ons and spotting commercial growth opportunities
Invoicing customers for consultancy work
Estimate tasks and deliver price offers in collaboration with Customer Support and Sales when required
Assist with selected presales activities in collaboration with the Sales team
Collaborate with Product Development for new feature specifications
Native level French and professional level English
A keen interest in implementing IT solutions and becoming a product expert
A consulting mindset and the desire to move projects through to completion
Passionate about engaging customers, solving problems, and collaborating with team members
A proactive mindset and the ability to collaborate with your immediate colleagues and across teams
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Relevant university degree or equivalent
It’s a big plus if you have:
Experience from the IT industry, preferably SaaS
A proven understanding of our customers’ workflows and business needs
Speak an additional European language at a professional level
