About Nature Preserve 

Nature Preserve is a venture capital-backed sustainability-centered tech startup. We are on a mission to make the food system more efficient and climate-conscious. We believe sustainability should be driven by data. Our primary focus is a software platform for Agri-food companies to manage both products and carbon efficiently. 

About the Role  

Your primary tasks will be: 

• Aid the Head of Research to analyze the environmental footprint of food products 

• Expanding the existing climate database 

While we are flexible in accommodating the working hours to your studies, we also expect you to provide support in meeting stringent company deadlines if required. You are not expected to work from the office. 

About You  

We would expect that the successful candidate: 

• Fluent in written and spoken English (this is our company language) 

• Has experience in LCA (life cycle analysis) and relevant software (e.g., openLCA, SimaPro) 

• Is a hands-on, self-motivated person with a passion for communication and data-driven sustainability 

• Is structured and detail-oriented, with a data-driven approach 

• Ability to communicate scientific data
