tamigo goes beyond traditional Workforce Management to help our customers achieve their business goals. As a Customer Support Specialist, you are the face of our product and serve as an advisor to our customers, helping them use tamigo in a way that adds most value to their business.
At tamigo, you will be part of a team of international and highly skilled Customer Support Specialists, who support customers in 5 languages across several European markets. You will be a key member of our Danish Customer Support team, assisting customers primarily in retail and hospitality to optimise their operations with tamigo. With an increasing number of enterprise customers using tamigo, we want to help them use the product more effectively. As a Customer Support Specialist, you must be curious about our customers' businesses and needs, to ensure that you not only respond to customer queries but add value to the customer as a whole. At the same time, you will be part of an effort to broaden tamigo’s offerings to customers.
Customer Support is a central function at tamigo. You serve as an advisor to our customers, and you provide feedback the organisation so that we can improve our solution. You will use your communication skills, technological knowledge, and stakeholder management abilities to help our customers get more out of the solution. It is our mission to advise our customers and respond to their queries in a friendly, professional and efficient manner, always keeping their business objectives in mind.
This is what you’ll do:
Take ownership of the customers’ queries and provide complete and relevant product support to customers, primarily in the Danish market
Actively advise and empower our customers to become better tamigo users
Add value by making customers aware of add-ons and spotting commercial growth opportunities
Be a product expert and important internal knowledge resource for the entire organisation
Communicate and share knowledge among Customer Support Specialists across the different languages and markets
Collaborate with the Sales department on product presentations for customers
Provide cross-organisational customer intelligence
Ensure that the Customer Support experience matches the overall strategy of tamigo
Support the development of our self-service content
Translate and support new product functionalities in Danish
Native level Danish and professional level English
A knack for taking a comprehensive view of customer queries and ask clarifying questions in order to deliver high-quality support
A keen interest in becoming a product expert
Confidence and experience in engaging with customers and stakeholders at all levels
A passion for delivering effortless customer support to our customers
A proactive mindset and the ability to collaborate with your immediate colleagues and across teams, including our franchisees
Excellent communication skills, particularly in writing
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Relevant university degree or equivalent
It’s a big plus if you have:
Previous experience from customer support
Experience from the IT industry, preferably SaaS
A proven understanding of our customers’ workflows and business needs
Speak an additional European language at a professional level
