Who are we?

Naked ApS is looking for a Warehouse Manager with the overall responsibility for storage, inbound, outbound and logistics. Naked Copenhagen is on a mission to provide premium sneaks and streetwear to girls and women worldwide, and our goals are ambitious. We are 30+ dedicated sneakerheads with an HQ in central Copenhagen, a warehouse in Hvidovre, three stores in Denmark and on in Paris on the way. We´re fast paced in both thinking and acting – and you must thrive in a little bit of chaos to fit the role just perfectly.

What´s the job?

You are responsible for the day-to-day operations and ongoing optimization of our warehouse and logistics. In close cooperation with your colleagues in both purchasing, finance and marketing, you will ensure a continuous optimizing of our workflows, from purchase order to customer receipt.

Your primary responsibilities will be

• Development, optimization and scaling our warehouse

• Personnel management of our warehouse staff, a growing team that so far counts 6 colleagues

• Training and development of you team-leads in in- and outbound 

• Product receival – including close follow up with our buying- and finance team

• Product storage, internal transfers, stock-to-store, returns etc.

• Everything outbound

• Optimizing and developing our warehouse IT solutions, both soft- and hardware

• Development and reporting of KPIs

Who are you?

You have experience from a similar position in B2C e-commerce with high volume orders. If you´ve been part of a similar growth journey it’s a big plus. Ideally you have experience with Business Central WMS – but any other major ERP system experience is valued.  In addition, you have experience with budgets, data driven warehouse management and follow-up of KPIs. You’re a fluent communicator in English and you´re a well-regarded manager among you peers and employees.
