As the Head of Marketing you will be responsible for:
Leading and building the marketing and communications team (5 members) to drive business expansion, branding, and growth
Market research and analysis for B2B and B2G customers
Define IQM brand positioning through various channels (i.e digital, social, community management, partnership, events, influencer, etc) and deliver to internal/external business partners
Develop growth initiatives including integrated co-marketing campaigns, partnerships, and corporate promotions to drive customer awareness, acquisition and maximize revenue growth

What will I be doing?
Building Brand Awareness & PR
Develop IQM brand messaging, positioning, and other associated marketing themes to ensure the most optimal brand awareness and recognition growth for the market
Champion and lead branding initiatives needed for global success
Strong ability to advocate for optimal resources/investment in marketing to drive robust long-term brand revenue and profitability.
Execute the most optimal marketing mix for each channel; digital, social, community management, events, partnerships, etc.
Lead the events strategy and use it as a strategic asset to build the IQM brand
Thought leadership – Initiate and conduct globally recognized thought leadership content
Work with the partnerships team to assess and identify new partnerships, new traffic growth, new products, and revenue opportunities
Be a part of the commercial with C-suite executives
Manage media relations, analyst relations, and agencies to deliver world-class execution
Work with the finance team to support investor relations
Internal marketing team
Lead, motivate and inspire the Marketing and communications team to develop a solid marketing strategy & plan to drive marketing promotion campaigns
Ensure all partnerships deals, marketing & branding campaigns are communicated effectively to internal teams
Support leaders and people and culture team with internal communication
You will work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Coach and partner with internal teams to deliver long-term success for IQM
Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders from various cultures/countries to facilitate communication and objectives alignment
What skills do I need?
You have Masters's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications
You have 10 years of work experience in Marketing or equivalent role, ideally from large deals and in a B2B environment
You have at least 2 years of demonstrated leadership skills (leading a marketing team) and the ability to succeed in a fast pace, startup environment.
You have a proven track record in developing new partnerships and deals with C – suite executives
You have experience in developing marketing strategy into a target and monitor framework for different go-to-market channels
You have excellent project management, analytical, and partnership management skills
You are a self-starter who will deliver results
Your strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills help you partner with multiple stakeholders
You have a strong entrepreneurial mindset, motivated and driven to meet tight deadlines
Proven experience in building a strong relationship with C suites executives at partners firm to increase commercial collaboration opportunities
You have the ability to have effective communication with teams across different offices and cultural backgrounds
Quantum, Physics, or Engineering experience
Experience from a late-stage VC-funded startup (Series A, B onwards).
Hands-on sales experience is an added advantage
French/Spanish/German/Finnish language skills
