In this role, your primary tasks will be to contribute to product development and optimisation. You will work as a spider in the net, assisting and troubleshooting technical errands and customer implementations, working closely with other departments like our customer Success and Sales Team. You will become the link between the customer and their expectations and needs they have and the technical solutions which can fulfil them. You will be a central part of Rackbeat.
