We are now looking for a Sales Enablement Manager with experience in coaching and developing the function going forward to increase our team's efficiency and win rate!

Job description

In the position of our very first Sales Enablement Manager, you will report directly to our CRO and play a crucial role in developing and educating our sales team going forward. While our enablement function is in the early stages, our sales department is large, multinational and growing. As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will help us quickly catch up with our company's needs - including developing our current onboarding process and iterating our continuous learning programs in the teams to ensure that we always work effectively and unified. Tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Innovate, iterate and execute our sales content and training strategy, onboarding plan, and continuous learning programs for our commercial team and sales tools. 
  • Ensure effective training is rolled out and consumed in a scalable manner.
  • Define learning objectives and metrics to support business performance and highlight the impact of our programs.
  • Measure and identify areas of opportunity for individual and team performance.
  • Conduct workshops, develop competitor analysis, and establish processes to support our growing teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing in creating sales-driving content
  • Work closely with our CRO and our Team Leads to support and coach their teams.

To thrive in this role, we believe that you:

  • Have a minimum of 3+ of relative work experience supporting Sales Organizations or Sales Roles, preferably in a SaaS company.
  • Have experience in working with sales enablement.
  • Have experience working with revenue intelligence platforms such as Gong, Chorus, or similar.
  • Have an understanding of the sales team's challenges and obstacles, but also how we can overcome them.
  • Have developed onboarding and training content for team members or new joiners.
  • Have an eye for details and creating structure as well as high analytical skills.
  • Have strong communication skills and the ability to get teams working with you towards a goal.
