The opportunity
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to work from our Copenhagen office.
As a CSM at Growblocks, you will help make our customers successful when it comes to revenue growth and establishing predictable revenue for their organization. As part of the customer team, you will have the opportunity to work with world class SaaS Scale-ups across the world and have an impact on how we build our internal organization when it comes to making our customer team more successful in servicing our different customer needs.
The right candidate has experience in working with B2B SaaS companies. As we are pre-product, your role will be to help scale the internal customer org towards having a full fledged front end product. We are therefore looking for curious and proactive minds that can communicate well and align expectations with customers as well as incorporate best practices when it comes to scaling internally with new processes, new initiatives and mapping out the customer life cycle like a project manager.
Working closely with the customer and customer solutions team, you will manage and craft an end-to-end experience for our customers, from discovery to product launch. We are looking for someone who is highly skilled, self-driven, and used to working in an iterative fast paced environment in a proactive way.
You'll be given a lot of autonomy and trust to help shape and create a valuable customer experience that enables our customers for success.
What you will do:
You will own, run and manage the customer implementation and commercial discovery projects in tandem with a solutions engineer for your customer portfolio
You will align with internal customer solutions team on specifics and needs for our customers to make sure we have all internal resources to properly deliver on our revenue models and plans
You will run and manage the customer lifecycle with both internal and external stakeholders, making sure that everything relating to our customer delivery runs in a smooth and timely manner
You will prepare for and run customer business reviews on a monthly and quarterly basis (MBRs and QBRs)
You will be supporting in running analysis on business performance of your customers to prepare for monthly and quarterly business reviews
You are able to understand the customer’s goals, needs and ambitions for revenue growth
You will continually help find improvements in the way we operate and work internally as well as with our customers
You are making sure our customers are successful in adopting and implementing Growblocks, and ensuring that we are delivering continuous value to our customers and fulfilling their expectations
You will manage renewals with our customers and act as the sole point of contact within Growblocks on all their needs
Skills needed:
Stakeholder management across all levels of the organization, including C-Level
Project management (experience in projects with a technical component is a plus)
Customer relationship management
Proactive mindset (strong in spotting improvements, being ahead of the curve on upcoming events, projects, improvements etc.)
High autonomy when it comes to your responsibilities and role
Good B2B SaaS understanding and a good understanding of data and commercial B2B SaaS setups and tech stacks as well as a good grasp of Excel / Google Sheets
Solutions-oriented and strong attention to detail
You love teamwork and team collaboration
You have a commercial background (Sales, CS, RevOps etc.)
You are a strong communicator with high levels of empathy and have strong questioning technique skills
