About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced enterprise B2B Demand Generation Manager who will be responsible for the strategy and execution of marketing programmes that capture and nurture enterprise leads across multiple channels and deliver the right message at the right time to the right audience.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for programmes to generate and nurture B2B enterprise leads via events, SEM, email, retargeting, targeted social advertising and partner marketing. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll design, plan, manage, and optimise integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline revenue and help influence and close high-value deals with banks, fintechs and subscription businesses.

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Designing, planning, managing and optimising integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline

  • Monitoring and reporting campaign performance with granular tracking across relevant KPIs, including but not limited to impressions, clicks, web visitors, video views, collateral downloads, leads, initial sales conversations, and revenue

  • Creating impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities

  • Working closely with the Director of Marketing for both granular tracking, reporting, and efficient lead management in the handoff from marketing to sales

  • Overseeing vendor selection and contracts as needed and liaising with external agencies

You Are The Right Fit If You:

  • Are a collaborative, transparent and positive team player and direct communicator

  • Have 5+ years of B2B demand generation experience in a fintech or tech SaaS startup or scale-up

  • Bring extensive experience in the development of creative campaigns and execution of email marketing, social advertising, content syndication, SEM and paid digital

  • Have strong reporting capabilities with the ability to track campaign performance and associated spend down to the most granular details while providing roll-up reporting to senior management

  • Have solid experience with HubSpot marketing automation, including creating and sending emails, nurturing leads, creating landing pages, segmenting contacts and companies and managing and analysing data on campaign performance, touchpoints, engagement and website performance

  • A digital marketing portfolio of produced marketing work

  • Have experience working at companies with both US and UK market presence

This role is listed as Hybrid Remote, and the need to be in office is flexible. In London we have a work share office where many employees come together 1x a week,  but we are willing to be flexible if coming in less frequently is needed.
