When a new coach joins your business and partners with us here at Beefit, we firstly provide them with our cutting-edge white-label platform, fully customised app and more, which intelligently combines all of the activities an online coach needs to efficiently coach their clients whether it be Online Clients, 1-1 Personal Training Clients or even Bootcamps right through to even being able to sell physical good like clothing through their business. Thereafter, it will be your job to provide your coaches with commercial consulting to help them with growing their business by helping them with how to brand and position themselves in the market, which segment to target and how to effectively market themselves and stand out from the crowd.

As an Independent Business Manager at Beefit you will:

• 🏝 Have the ability to work on your terms. Hate waking up early on a Monday or wanting to soak up some sun whilst chasing your dreams, that is entirely up to you.

• 📈 Take responsibility for a portfolio of partners you have sourced yourself, consisting of prominent fitness & health brands and individuals.

• 🚀 Have responsibility for the sales process from reaching out to signing to growing and scaling to success

• 🔎 Responsible for identifying new partners as well as continuous strategic consultation and sparring with existing partners. 

Beefit will support you with:

• 🔧 Regular training and development of key skills to support you as the manager to give better results and outcomes for your coaches

• 🌟 A state-of-the-art platform and customised app for your coaches to enable them the key tools required for success and growth

• 📣 The option to network with other Independent Account Managers to share skills, ideas, and tips all while motivating and inspiring as a collective

• 🗣 Regular meet-ups with other Independents including seminars, experts talks, international parties and events and much more

• 🤓 We will be your silent partner when you need us and be there to guide and support you with YOUR business.

Earning Potential

Unlimited. It's your business on your terms. Full-time Independent Managers earn an average of 100,000 EUR - 200,000+ EUR per year.
