🎮 The role

We are looking for a User Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team and help us build the best games platform, both for users and game developers. This role will report to the Commercial team, and will initially be responsible for user acquisition of the Trail platform, as well as managing relationships with our game developers to assist them with web user acquisition for their specific titles.

Responsibilities

  • Define and publish a best practices User Acquisition playbook for both internal education and external customer communication

  • Build and execute regular UA campaigns for the Trail platform that bring new players to our site and to specific titles on our deck

  • Collaborate with publishers, studios, and developers who have games on the Trail site to effectively mesh their game-specific UA with our Trail user acquisition efforts

  • Manage 3rd party UA partnerships with agencies which we recommend to work directly with our gaming customers who require assistance with their game-specific web UA

  • In addition, employing growth hacking strategies that increase DAU, RpD, ARPPU, and other key metrics will provide an important contribution to our overarching company success

  • Work closely daily with a cross-functional team that includes Marketing, Sales, Product, and Engineering


🌟 About you

Skillset

  • 2-3 years of growth/performance marketing for a B2C gaming or entertainment company

  • Proven and demonstrable analytic skills

  • Portfolio of previous work generating and managing UA campaigns

  • Deep expertise in UA media buying tools / paid marketing channels (i.e. Google, FB, IG, Twitter, Reddit, Twitch, YouTube, etc.)

  • Strategic thinker who can get outside the "normal" channels to find innovative marketing paths less travelled by potential competitors

Other

  • Candidate must reside in the greater Stockholm area as we support a hybrid work environment that allow for 3 days per week in the office, and 2 remote if desired

  • Interest in gaming, especially mobile or web is a big plus

  • Candidate must have a valid permit that allows you to work in Sweden
