About the role

We're now looking for a Senior Terminal Specialist to join our terminal in Helsinki! The daily work in our terminal is all about handling the incoming and outgoing parcels that arrive from our Merchants for delivery the same or the next evening to end-consumers throughout Helsinki, Vantaa, and Espoo. Parcels arriving are sorted and booked for delivery.

In the role as a Senior Terminal Specialist, you have an important role in securing that the daily operations run smoothly with high efficiency. You take part in the daily operations handling parcels. Further, your responsibility is to make sure that parcels are sorted and booked according to the deadline as well as assist the drivers during loading. You are also expected to take care of the work environment and the employees in the terminal and to lead and inspire by example.

Requirements:

• Experience in the terminal and/or warehouse work
• Leadership skills
• Communication skills, both written and verbal, in Finnish and English
• Good physical condition
• B Drivers license
• Forklift license
