Handle day-to-day HR operation-related tasks to make sure our team is supported
Work closely with our CFO on multiple projects and you are the executor on that
Plan, organize, and host the onboarding day – you don't mind being "on stage"
Offboarding - and all admin regarding that
SoMe - make our Instagram more SaaS/y) - write content and keep it alive
Content writing - spice up our job adds
MASTER YODA in our HR and recruitment tool: Talentech
Help and support in various admin tasks such as contracts, Employee of the month, Employee surveys, and much more
Producing reporting and statistics - reporting back to our CFO
Carry out events and other fun stuff in collaboration with our Office Coordinator

You could be a recent graduate within a related field of study, or someone with a few years of experience in a similar HR/administrative position - if in tech it is a great advantage

Someone with a 'here to help' attitude, who absolutely, fundamentally believes that we're better together
You are a strong project manager - and you can execute and finish the tasks yourself
You love driving projects, are self-organised, and take ownership

Great written and oral skills in English
