Developing new curriculums with the help of business teachers, students, and other staff.
Closely evaluating results at the end of each quarter and writing up progress reports.
Supervising all faculty recruitment and vetting prospective teachers/lecturers.
Identifying areas for improvement and scheduling workshops for new and existing staff.
Master's degree in Education Administration, Adult Learning, HRD, MBA, or a related field.
The ability and patience to draft several documents and policies.
The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
First-class organizational skills.
The ability to use tact and diplomacy in interactions with all relevant parties.
A strong ethical code.
Maintain a positive attitude and be open to feedback.
