  • Developing new curriculums with the help of business teachers, students, and other staff.

  • Closely evaluating results at the end of each quarter and writing up progress reports.

  • Supervising all faculty recruitment and vetting prospective teachers/lecturers.

  • Identifying areas for improvement and scheduling workshops for new and existing staff.


  • Master's degree in Education Administration, Adult Learning, HRD, MBA, or a related field.

  • The ability and patience to draft several documents and policies.

  • The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

  • First-class organizational skills.

  • The ability to use tact and diplomacy in interactions with all relevant parties.

  • A strong ethical code.

  • Maintain a positive attitude and be open to feedback.
