Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Work to fully understand the internal CRM system
Explore opportunities to create efficiency and processes within the CRM system
Review all current data in the system and clean for future improvement4. Review all internal training resources and guides and explore how we as a company currently use the CRM system
Conduct user interviews to understand how key stakeholders use our CRM
Work to create full program report on CRM suggestions for improvement
Analyses the validity and accuracy of current CRM content
Internship type: unpaid internship
