As Product Manager in Hedia you will have a tremendous impact on the direction of the product. You will work closely with all departments in figuring out what's next and how to get there. You will be reporting directly to the CTO and work daily with our Product Team consisting of Developers, Data Scientists and Designers, as well as facilitating cross team collaboration with the other departments in Hedia.
That being said, we do, of course, have some requirements. We would like you to:
Be organised.
Be familiar with a regulated industry, ideally Pharma or MedTech.
Be a people person.
Have great communication skills.
Have solid technical understanding. (you don’t have be be a coder, but you should be able to to talk to them and understand their ideas and pains)
Have strong problem solving skills.
Like to work in a cross functional position.
It would also be Nice if you have:
Experience in the world of Diabetes.
Experience with Med-tech.
Finally you might ask: “What will be my Responsibility?”:
Creating buy-in for the product vision.
Creating and maintaining the product roadmap.
Gathering, prioritising and scoping product input from users, customers and departments in Hedia.
Translating product roadmap into detailed requirement specifications and design specifications.
Scope and prioritise product features.
Being in close dialogue with internal and external stakeholders to gather product input and feedback what features are upcoming
Communicating with the clinical team to facilitate evidence generation on upcoming features or product generations
