YOUR ROLE

As a Customer Success Advocate, your role is to play a significant role in providing our customers with all the conditions they need to be successful with Membrain. Our customers are looking to improve their sales results, scale their businesses, and overcome sales challenges.

Customer Success at Membrain focuses on customers' long-term success by building trust-based relationships with key stakeholders and helping them realize their defined future outcomes with Membrain's help.


Your main objectives:

  1. Successfully onboard new customers

  2. Produce helpful enablement resources for our customers

  3. Providing fast and responsive support

  4. Leading "Customer Success Checkpoints" to build the strong relationships needed to understand their business, their challenges and help them utilize Membrain in a way so they can achieve their intended outcomes.

  5. Collaborate with internal teams to continually improve our products & services


You will actively be working on learning, knowing, and improving:

  • How do we help make our customers successful? How to measure success?

  • If a customer is on the path to failure, how do we help adjust the course?

  • What resources do customers need to succeed?


Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you'll need the following:

  • Be located in the United States

  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate in a clear, goal-oriented way that leaves no room for interpretation.

  • General tech-savviness and the ability to use modern software tools

  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel to manage data imports

  • 2+ years of work experience in a customer success/support role

  • High empathy and a customer service attitude


If you have some sales experience, preferably in B2B, it'd be great; and if you've been involved in the SaaS industry, even better!
