About the role
As an office-facing Technician Specialist at Budbee, you will work to provide support and service to all employees in the company, which today consists of 480 employees across our offices in 6 countries (Sweden, Denmark, Netherlands, Finland, Belgium & Germany). You will help them with questions and support on topics such as: license management and staff access to our systems, technical equipment such as workstations, printers and conference room setups, troubleshooting basic technical issues, etc.
As you become an important part of the infrastructure of our organization, you will constantly encounter a large variety of challenges of varying degrees of difficulty and character. There is a lot of room for development of your own role and responsibilities as you will be involved in implementing routines, templates, and processes to streamline the onboarding and offboarding of staff. You will be joining a newly established IT department currently consisting of 5 members (2 office-centric, and 3 focussed on our distribution terminals).
What you’ll do
You have worked in a supporting capacity before and feel ready for a new environment where you can create your own routines, processes, and templates. You have a structured approach to working as part of a team and establishing and reviewing workflows and procedures in a collaborative environment.
While the work for this role is entirely internal-facing to support our own employees and hired consultants, customer-facing experience is greatly appreciated.
