People & Culture @ EIVEE

In People & Culture we truly believe that a great work environment and company culture is essential to the wellbeing of our employees. As an Office Assistant you will be a part of the People & Culture team, where you will assist in creating and maintaining an office space that reflects this. We are looking for someone who can help us make the office shine 3-4 hours a day from Monday to Friday within our office hours (08:00-16:00).


So, what’s the opportunity?

Ensure excellent standards of office facilities throughout the day, which includes:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the kitchen & common areas

  • Coordinate with our landlord, cleaning staff and other service agreements

  • Manage food, snack, and office supply ordering

  • Meet & greet visitors and handle office deliveries

  • Help with coordinating and preparing various events

  • Assist in onboarding of new employees in collaboration with People & Culture, IT, and hiring managers

  • Complete ad hoc office tasks

The position is a part-time position (15-20 hours a week) based in our office in central Copenhagen. We will interview relevant candidates on an ongoing basis.
