What are we looking for?

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Payroll Administrator/AP Accountant to join our team! As Payroll Administrator/AP Accountant you will be responsible for paying the company salaries and invoice our customers.


What will you be doing?

The initial responsibilities involve executing tasks such as:

  • The entire payroll chain, everything from document registration, file transfer, deviation management, travel bills, new hires and final salaries

  • Be involved in the invoicing process and send out invoices every month

  • Reconciliations of accounts receivable and associated balance accounts

  • Handling of debt collection and reminders

  • Answering questions regarding customer invoices

  • Ongoing accounting and reconciliations in financial statements


You will have close cooperation with the rest of the finance team and assist the team in various administrative tasks.


What skills and experience do you need?

  • Post-secondary education from a university or university of applied sciences (yrkeshögskola)

  • Professional experience of working independently with the entire payroll process

  • Highly organized with exceptional eye for details

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish

  • A team player with great collaboration skills

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment where you get to influence how we work together
