We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer (PHP) to join the Customer Tools team!

🧩 You will make an impact by…

Helping the Customer Tools team build new features and improve the existing ones. Supermetrics products have over half a million users, and this team is at the heart of it. 

In this role, you'll have a great opportunity to work with various stakeholders and teams and impact a significantly important part of the Supermetrics business by improving, for example, our licenses and payments system.

We're looking for an experienced backend developer with a flexible and agile mindset and a willingness to learn and harness the newest technologies 🚀.

Ideally, you'll be located in Helsinki or Vilnius, but you can also work 100% remotely from Poland, Spain, Portugal, Ireland, or the UK. Nevertheless, we work tightly together online by having daily catch-ups with the team!

📝 Your day-to-day work and responsibilities will include:

• Working on licenses and payments systems
• Designing and building new features
• Debugging and fixing issues
• Close collaboration and interaction with other teams

🔧 Technologies you'll be working with:

• PHP
• Redis
• MySQL

💪 This role is for you if you have:

• Excellent knowledge of PHP
• Strong object-oriented development skills
• Good grasp of the software testing discipline
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Good written and spoken English skills
• At least seven years of experience in a Software Engineer role

💪 Nice to have skills:

• Queues (e.g., Google Cloud Pub/Sub)
• Experience with React/Vue
