We’re looking for a LiveOps Specialist to join our Live Operation team, taking a key role in supporting content creators and players. This role focuses on supporting the growth of the business, linking monetisation and marketing initiatives, and providing happiness to our customers. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to help create a fantastic experience for players and creators on CREY.


Main responsibilities:

  • Identify key points of contact with customers, including transactional and support requests.
  • Support ongoing communications with users in close collaboration with CREY’s Community Manager
  • Own communication channels with paying customers, prioritizing prompt and diligent communications.
  • Own curation of content placement and in-platform promotion
  • Own and manage user requests related to refunds, cash-out requests, data requests, and rewards.
  • Be a CREY power user engaged and part of the community
  • Continuous monitoring of the platform’s performance and revenue generation through data, game comments, and user feedback
  • Collaboration with Marketing and Monetization teams on trends and insights, supporting strategic decision. And to identify key improvement opportunities in communications, activities, and engagement programs for players, game creators, influencers, and education ambassadors
  • Identify and create mechanisms to support a growing user base, including team growth and automation. Implementation of such mechanisms would be coordinate with development teams.
  • Collaborate with Community Management to ensure a healthy and happy community via efforts in moderation and mitigation of unwanted behaviours.


This role is for you if you are/have:

  • Some years of customer-facing in B2C services, account management, or LiveOps in technology or gaming industries
  • Tech savvy, quick and eager to learn, and helpful in sharing them with staff and users
  • Customer focus: you’re proactive to help and serve internal and external customers meet their needs
  • A strong communicator. With proven ability to engage customers and convey opportunities and issues clearly and openly in written and verbal forms. Listening attentively and asking questions for clarification and understanding.
  • Priority setting: Clear understanding distinction between tasks and decisions, and between urgent and important. With focus on efficient usage of time and energy.
  • Knowledge of how to use data and analytics to support decision making.
  • Knowledge of user-generated content platforms or games industry.
  • Knowledge of content management and moderation systems
  • Familiar with data analysis. Knowledge of Excel and/or BI
  • English fluency. In verbal and written form through multiple mediums of communication: email, chat, posts, blogs, and others.
  • You work well with others to deliver results, meaningfully contributing to the team and prioritizing group needs over individual needs
