TripDoodler is an impact tech startup with a clear agenda to empower travelers and make the sustainable choice the easiest choice! We are looking for a true product ninja who can turn our vision into a game-changing product on a global scale in a – by travelers for travelers – global community platform.

We are a small team and you will, from day one, have the autonomy to drive design, product strategy, road-mapping, and execution across the organization. You will create and empower a professional design and product management discipline and set a cross-company product management process.

You will be part of our core team and work closely with our CEO, CMO, UX designers, the existing product team and of course our strong team of advisors. With the opportunity to grow into a CPO/Head of Product role.

We offer a base salary and an attractive warrant package based on your qualifications, experience, and knowledge.

Your role

• Key role in strategic decisions across the business in close collaboration with our CEO

• Turn our current MVP into the global go-to platform for sustainable travel decisions.

• Think product all the way from idea and design to development, QA and launch.

• Define and update our strategic product roadmap based on our business strategy.

• Operationalizing our vision through cross-functional and strategic decisions, and developing processes needed to run the product development efficiently.

• Empower and educate the team to work effectively and get things done.

Your DNA

• You’ve just graduated or have worked a few years in another startup or an agency as a UX designer, Product Manager/Owner or Product Specialist.

• You know the user is Queen.

• You can translate between customer problems, business impact and technical details.

• An entrepreneurial spirit who is structured and makes things happen.

• You are eager to both lead & learn.

• Hands-on experience with all disciplines of software design and product development.

• Passionate about travel in all aspects and believe sustainable travel is the future.
