We are looking for an additional Customer Service Associate to join our team in our HQ in Copenhagen and work on the front line for MATE across all our markets. In this position you will ensure that our customers always have a great experience both before and after their purchase.
Specific to this position within our CS team, we are looking for a person who has experience as a bike mechanic or has a passion for bikes and thus want to develop a deep understanding of our MATEs. Our team will also naturally provide you with the knowledge and skills to become an expert in our MATEs. Eventually, you will act as the go-to person within the team for all of our customers' bike and tech related questions.

Provide professional support to all customers via email and chat with everything from orders to simple technical questions - and everything in between
Be one of your team's go-to people for technical questions about the bike and its electrical components
Handle tech and repair inquires by working across teams and partners to ensure fast and high quality solutions or guidance
Sharing customer feedback with other departments teams, detecting customer impacting issues and finding potential solutions
Building exhaustive knowledge of our products so you can service customer effectively
Use a variety of tools such as Zendesk and Trustpilot to navigate customer enquiries
Your Skills Requirement
Experience delivering excellent customer service, both verbally and written
Experience or strong passion for bikes and interest in learning more about the electrical and technical components used within them
Experience in working with Customer Relationship Managements systems preferably Zendesk
English proficiency (additional languages are a PLUS)
Basic skills in Word, Excel and G-mail
Willingness to learn, combined with a strong can-do attitude
Able to perform under pressure
