We are now looking for a Danish-speaking Account Executive with experience in B2B SaaS sales. 

Job description

As an Account Executive, you are expected to use your knowledge and experience to work with our potential enterprise accounts. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with many different parts. Tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Present how Eletive creates value in organizations.
  • Guide future customers in Eletive's People Success Platform.
  • Handle large numbers of parallel ongoing prospect dialogues.
  • Present Eletive in prospect board meetings.
  • Contribute to the culture of a global sales team.
  • Handle legal discussions with global prospects.
  • Engage in understanding your prospects IT architecture. Be a sparring partner guiding your prospect towards the best solution when it comes to integrating Eletive into the existing IT portfolio.
  • Master industry standards when it comes to understanding the PSP landscape.
  • Work with a multitude of sales tools and best-in-class sales technologies.

What are we looking for?

To grow and thrive in the role we believe that you:

  • Preferably have some years of experience and a proven track record from B2B sales or consulting in SaaS tools. (CRM, ERP, HR platforms, etc)
  • Are knowledgeable in modern Sales tools and processes and have a good understanding of CRM systems.
  • Have an ability and a will to understand the prospect needs.
  • Possess excellent communication and presentation skills and are structured as a person.
  • Are responsive and a team player and are always ready to go the extra mile to succeed.
  • Want to be involved in an ever-changing industry and challenging traditional ways of working.
  • Like to analyze and develop yourself, your sales technique, and your results.
  • Have a self-starter mindset; you proactively identify opportunities for improvement and are a driving force in your daily operation.
  • You are willing to leverage your network and your ecosystem and contribute to building your own pipeline
  • Write and speak fluent Danish and English.

This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing SaaS company with ambitious global growth plans.
