Being a Piccoline/Piccolo in Relesys is a very important role, as your amazing work will spread joy, hygge, and good vibes as you will just make your colleagues everyday life so much better 💪

To succeed in this role, you are a master of both routine and chaos and got an eye for detail, as there will be many practical to-dos in a variety of everyday tasks. You will assist your partner in crime, our full-time Piccoline, with tasks such as making sure the office is clean and beautiful, being the smiling and welcoming face for our clients, and first and foremost making sure that we never run out of coffee beans and cold beverages ☕️😉 

The day can be calm one day, and then super busy on other days - but that is no problem for a superhero Piccoline/Piccolo who is adaptable and able to prioritize between the routine and the asap tasks that may come along!

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Make sure the office is clean and shining like a diamond💎

  • Welcome and offer beverages to our Clients who will visit for workshops and meetings

  • Prepare and clean up after lunch 🥗🧆🍴

  • Fill up the fridge with must-have snacks and our soda fridge on a regular basis

  • Make barista coffees for our Clients

  • Spreading some good old hygge by e.g. baking buns on Wednesdays or prepare for the Friday bar

 

Who are you?:

  • You have a positive mindset and love a social environment - spread the good vibes!

  • You are a true problem-solver who is not afraid to execute and take ownership of tasks🚀

  • You are capable of performing physical work, as you will be carrying and moving around boxes of toilet articles and sodas

  • You wear the "yes-hat" and are up for small and big tasks

  • Maybe you have a sabbatical year or some free time and are looking for a job with great working hours and people!

  • You are looking for a job with a great social environment!

  • You speak English and Danish fluently 🇩🇰🇬🇧
