As our Business Development Analyst, you will work directly with Reel’s CCO and CEO to identify, evaluate, and act on business development opportunities. You will support our B2B sales approach and our commercial operations hands-on to grow our business. This is a high impact role where you will learn the ropes of working in a climate tech startup and position yourself for an exciting career in business development, consulting, finance, sustainability or maybe even at Reel full time? Your work will be integral to helping companies reduce their CO₂ emissions and achieve their climate goals.
Conduct detailed analyses of market developments, customer insights, and other strategic areas to support decision making
Support key strategic projects for customers, investors, and other stakeholders together with the founders
Develop and execute initiatives for our product and organization including outbound sales and marketing campaigns
Create and prepare materials for customer acquisition and success to deepen relationships with new and existing customers
Help managing various operational tasks to keep the business running and grow the organization
Do everything you can to help decabornize our electricity grid and offer a truely green electricity contract to corporate customers
This is flexible role and time commitment, with 1-3 working days a week (10-20 hours), depending on your schedule and our need, and with flexibility around exams and other commitments. We’ll support you in your tasks and you’ll work closely with the CCO and the rest of the team.

In addition, you will have some (not necessarily all) of the following traits:
Important: Fluent in Danish and English and living in (or having work permit for) Denmark.
Important: Third-year bachelor student or first year master student, with at least 1.5 years remaining of your studies.
Track record of exceptional engagement and results (e.g. university, social initiatives, sports).
Ability to respond to changing priorities in an evolving business environment.
Proficiency in assessing and presenting decisions analytically, using e.g. Excel modelling.
Genuine interest in and curiosity about climate action and renewable energy.
Entrepreneurial personality with a passion for technology.
