We’re searching for an original problem-solver with an inquisitive nature that wants to not only solve problems but also find the root cause to prevent them from happening again. Apart from being a troubleshooter, you must have a customer-focused approach, enjoy working with people, and sincerely dedicated to helping others. 

Within the Lenus product organization, you must thrive as the "voice of customers," bringing light to feature requests, client challenges, and common problem solutions. As a result, we anticipate you taking the lead in providing product teams with insights and feedback that will enhance the coach or client experience.

Responsibilities

As a Junior Support Engineer, you'll be part of a fun and energetic team of over 12 devoted support experts that will collaborate closely to ensure Lenus flourish. You'll be invited to an integrative onboarding training session within your first two weeks to ensure you have all the product knowledge you need to help resolve coach and client inquiries. You'll be involved in many facets of improving and bringing the product to life. 

You will have the following responsibilities:

• Respond and solve support requests from clients, coaches, and internal stakeholders globally using our product.

• Identify, reproduce and report bugs to the product teams.

• Have a real influence on the development of the product. 

• Participate in frequent stand-ups and long-term goal-setting sessions with the team.

  
  

Competencies

• Has a customer-oriented mindset and loves working with people and truly commits yourself to help others.

• Loves to analyze and solve complex challenges.

• Has strong written and verbal communication skills.

• You speak both English and one of the following: Danish / Swedish / German, both languages on a fluent level.

• Bonus if you’ve: Had experience with or interest in programming languages, such as SQL.

It is important that:

• You are already based in Denmark, live within commuting distance of Copenhagen, Amager (e.g. Malmö), or are willing to relocate - we want someone who can immediately join our team and bond with them in person.
