We are ninito, a successful bootstrapped startup that helps the food industry grow and become more efficient and profitable. We aim to change the way the food industry works. With us, you will be part of the growth journey of an amazing company with an amazing product. You will be working directly with our team to build out our marketing department, as well as working with our partners in the food industry to create amazing customer stories.
We're looking for someone who wants to join us on this adventure; someone who thinks outside of the box; someone who is creative and innovative; someone who is persistent when things get tough; someone who doesn't let obstacles stop them from achieving their goals—someone like you!
Work hours: partially flexible
Work location: office in the heart of Oslo
Duration: 6-12 months or more
Workload: 12 or more hours per week.
Language requirements: Norwegian and English
Skills
Strategic thinker (works towards goals and can set up strategies to achieve them)
Detail-oriented (in terms of text writing and visual content)
Text editor (likes to look through texts and improve them)
Experience with social media (posting on various channels, Canva/Adobe, post scheduling)
Graphic design that is both visual and simple.
Team player (active listening, active communicator, accepting that others edit your text and content)
Ability to work independently

Actively use our marketing strategy and help create and improve our branding
Strategic content creation (customer stories )
Text editing and storytelling
Simple photo editing
Helping manage Facebook and Google ads
Blog writing, customer story crating, planning and posting
Updating our profiles on different website marketing platforms
Small webpage updates
Possibly: photo/video content creation
