We are looking for

We're looking for a Project Manager for Grid services to join our fantastic team in Copenhagen. You’ll become part of a fun and fast growing company and work directly on improving our current and future products and services in close collaboration with our team of Product Managers, Engineers, Product designers, and UX-researchers.

You will be a highly valued asset throughout the entire Product/Engineering organisation and development process - from initial discovery and user journey mapping, through to ideation and prototyping all the way to execution and final delivery of high quality solutions.

As the Project manager for Grid services you’ll be managing the roadmap & team for grid related tasks. This is a brand new squad, created to enable Monta to participate in various grid services provided by the TSOs, e.g. Energinet.

Your tasks

1. Understand the different ancillary services provided to TSOs in the different countries in the EU.
2. Scope how using a pool of electric vehicle charge points, Monta can participate in the different grid services such as FCR, mFRR, aFRR etc.
3. Manage the complex modeling of EVs as a distributed flexible load on a grid stability level.
4. Lead the product/engineering team to build the services & infrastructure required to fulfill the requirements and bid on the assignments provided by TSOs.

• Communicate: Communicate goals, progress and achievements to your team and beyond.
• Prioritise: Prioritise and make day-to-day product decisions to stay on track. Saying no is as important as saying yes.
• Scope: Scope and set requirements for your initiatives, and work with your team to implement and launch with as little feature creep as possible.
• Ownership: Own your roadmap and contribute to the overall product roadmaps and delivery for our Product organisation (Business Apps, Consumer Apps, Charge point integrations, Growth, Grid and Platform). Our product squads are all closely related.
• Creative: Turn opportunities into product implementations that will enable us to grow in existing and new markets.

Requirements

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager who know the way around project management and who’s experienced working in a fast paced environment

We believe you are a great candidate if you..

• Have solid experience working as a Project Manager in a fast growing scaleup or similar
• Good understanding of the electricity grid in Europe and specifically in DK.
• Have experience with electricity grid modeling.
• Experience building and managing your own team and roadmap.
• Have a pragmatic approach to solving problems and know that we need to continuously deliver incremental value to our customers and the business.
• Are a skilled communicator that can keep stakeholders informed about upcoming improvements/features and how they fit into the overall product strategy.
• Got a natural interest in current tech trends.
• Understand why speed is important and feel confident with a lot of trial and error
• Are able to adjust to changing priorities and work with lots of questions and few answers
• Got a well-established technical understanding, and is used to work closely with engineers.

Salary - DKK 40.000 - 60.000 per month
