We are currently looking for a Marketing Student Assistant with the ability to create and monitor lead generation in our company. Our marketing department is growing, and lead generation is central to our global sales growth plan.
You will be supporting our sales team by creating, maintaining, and qualifying leads & accounts while working in different CRM systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
As Marketing Student Assistant your tasks would primarily be:
Monitor and maintain high lead & account quality within the marketing database.
Collaborate with the sales team about lead generation projects.
Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems to generate, distribute, and report on leads & accounts.
Making sure that our CRM systems are in sync and that data is updated and transferred automatically between the systems.
Different ad hoc marketing tasks.
You are a student and currently on your bachelor studies in business and/or marketing.
You have good analytical skills and are structured and reliable in the way you work. You are self-confident and disciplined, which enables you to work independently and focus on quality.
You will be working in an international team that welcomes initiative and responsibility, and you are able to manage and prioritize your own time.
CRM experience with Salesforce and HubSpot (not a requirement).
Good written and oral English skills.
Interest in IT and can easily adopt new technologies
Experience in working with data in Excel

Terms and conditions
You will become a vital part of Keepit’s scale-up operation and will earn a base time salary of 140 DKK. Expect a workload around 15-20 hours pr. week with flexibility around exams and vacations.
