Are you looking for a new job in software development or digital marketing? Our partner companies are looking for new talent for various software development and digital marketing positions through this RekryKoulutus. There are several roles on offer for people at different stages of their careers.

Description of the training

The aim of the training is that every graduate will be employed by the partner company immediately after completing the training. The training partners are many companies in the region. The training lasts six months, including three months of on-the-job training in a new potential workplace. The learning will take place in e-learning environments in Finnish and English. Training may require physical presence at the company's premises.

Content of the training

The training content is tailored to each student's previous skills and the needs of the target job. Topics to be studied in the Software Development track may include service delivery approaches such as DevOps and software development methodologies such as Agile. Courses of different levels and scopes are available in all common programming languages, developer roles, and app development. In addition to the courses, the training includes programming exercises to support future target work. Participants can choose the specialization of their choice that best suits them (e.g., software testing & development, automation, FullStack, Frontend + UX/UI)

Topics to be studied in the digital marketing line may include marketing in digital channels (e.g., Facebook, Google, LinkedIn), search engine optimization, WordPress website maintenance and updating, content marketing and automation, growth marketing methods, marketing analytics, video marketing, etc. By taking advantage of the above-mentioned opportunities, participants can choose the specialization that best contributes to their success in the target job, such as marketing specialization, e-commerce specialization, or search engine optimization specialization.)


There is a continuous call for applications for the training.
The training will last approximately six months. 55% of this time will be spent studying and 65 days of on-the-job training. Flexible start.

Admission requirements

The training targets unemployed jobseekers or people at risk of unemployment. Applicants must have experience or training in software development or digital marketing. Hobbies will also be taken into account.
