We are developing our Digital Twin and AI platform to rapidly, accurately and continuously leverage the use of second-life batteries across the value chain in order to maximize the value of every battery. We use innovative analytics to understand battery states and behaviors, and thus ensure they are repurposed and operated optimally, safely, and sustainably.

You will have the opportunity of being part of a high-impact initiative from the get-go. You will start by supporting the initial setup of our battery lab, then take lead on implementing and monitoring battery cycling experiments on our battery systems, handling the generated data, and ensuring reliable operation of the lab at all times.

What will you be doing?

You will operate battery cycling and testing equipment to generate data on second-life battery modules. You will have a strong focus on the safe, high-quality and efficient operation of the lab and work closely with the AI/Battery team in experiment design and execution.

What are the ideal qualifications?

• Bachelor or vocational education in a relevant field
• Experience working in labs; overall battery lab expertise is a plus
• Experience in operating and maintaining electrical equipment, systems, and devices
• Ability to independently identify and ensure operational excellence
• Experience with data collection
• Fluency in English is a must
