As a Business Developer at Bonzer, you'll be helping companies understand their potential for organic marketing / SEO and co-craft bespoke solutions that will help them succeed in their specific market.

We expect you to have prior experience in sales, but not necessarily organic marketing and SEO. What we look for in future Business Developer candidates are cultural matches and career track records.
In a typical week, you'll work with analysis, meeting booking, client meetings, follow-ups, client onboarding, etc.

You construct presentation material for client meetings based on your analytical skills, structuring USPs and relevant data in a suitable format that is easy to understand.
Consistently book a sufficient number of quality meetings with relevant companies in order to meet or exceed activity targets and build strong new relationships.
You are a natural presenter and convert complex information into valuable business insights and convey this in an effortless way.
You are ambitious on behalf of our potential clients and relentlessly challenge them to become the best version of themselves — from an organic marketing perspective.
You are good at managing yourself, your time, and your performance in order to succeed in the role.
