Our mission

Our mission is to extend the after-sale lifetime of 10+ Billion devices. We make after-sales green. We help satisfy end-users at scale. Repairs handled through our platform are counted already in the millions. We have customers in 30+ countries and counting.

As a member of our sales team, you’ll help us achieve our commercial objectives across Europe and globally. Your main goal is to identify potential customers and deliver a predictable pipeline of qualified leads. Working in cross-functional teams, you will create and prioritise target account lists within your defined territory, identify and generate new business opportunities and, through in depth qualification, progress the pipeline through the sales funnel. This is a hunter role, and is suitable for someone who wants to gather their first experience in the sales business.

This position is onsite, therefore you must already be located in Finland and live in, or be willing to move to Helsinki. Occasional remote work will be possible in the future.

  • Research new markets and build pipelines of potential leads
  • Discover, identify and qualify leads via phone or email
  • Manage outbound leads through various channels: LinkedIn, events, newspapers, articles
  • Act as the face of the company on social media channels
  • Work in close collaboration with the marketing team
  • Be the product ambassador to our prospect
  • Achieve monthly qualification goals
  • Become an expert on the company's brand, business, and SaaS industry
  • Support your team where it's needed
  • Maintain detailed documentation and analysis of leads
  • Nurture leads until they are qualified to talk with the sales team
  • Provide the sales team with detailed information about the lead
