We are now looking for a structured part time search specialist for an assignment within IT team at telecommunication company in Solna.
This person will support in- and administrate the entire search and recruitment process from A-Z for specific roles along with a senior search specialist. They will also cooperate closely with the Talent Acquisition team and leaders.
Responsibilities & tasks
Hire complex and specific roles within IT, as a search-specialist for Telenor (for example Solution Architects, Product Owners, Data Engineers, Developers and Tech Leads).
Running the recruitment and search-process from A-Z together with a senior search partner
Identifying and finding relevant people for specific roles; such as; Attracting, identifying, screening, interviewing and hiring qualified candidates
Worked in LinkedIn Recruiter
Network building within IT-area
Search and recruitment
Knowledge of Swedish market (preferable through working with large companies before)
As network within IT is a key competence we see that the person needs to work within an established search-firm with a large talent pool of candidates
Have received training for a large search-company in Sweden
Working with agile ways of working in the recruitment-process
Have experienced in training companies in tech recruitment
Have been recruiting developers, product owners etc for several different companies and industries in Sweden
Degree within HR or similar education
Same structure and methods as our senior search-specialist (from Ants) as this will promote smooth cooperation
Education in Business Administration is meriting
Preferably also has experience from other roles within HR
Soft skills/Personality traits
We see that you are structured and driven, good in coaching managers and leading projects. Good communicator is key for this type of role.
