We are looking for a business development manager with an entrepreneurial spirit who wants to grow and build up the Norwegian market together with our Scandinavian team. We need someone who is passionate about their work, self-driven, and has a desire to learn new things. You should also have excellent communication skills as well as great attention to detail.

The role
As our Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for growing our customer base and revenue in Norway. To be successful in this role, you must have a consultative sales approach. You will be on the phone talking with potential customers every day; on the road visiting restaurants to do product-presentations, and signing contracts with new customers. Restaurants are in a tight-knit community, and everyone knows each other. That's why we focus on giving and building strong customer relationships to expand our network with recommendations and referrals.

Responsibilities
Conduct research to identify customer needs
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Promote the company’s products and services by addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
Prepare sales contracts.
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Requirements
Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or in a relevant role.
Proven sales track record
Experience in customer support is a plus.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Hubspot)
Fluent in Norwegian and English
Restaurant knowledge is a plus.
Communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport
Time management and planning skills
