OUR TRADEHUB is a Copenhagen-based tech Scale-up. We develop and offer software that automates dropshipping, and integrates inventories and order flows between large Brands and Retailers.
We eliminate out-of-stock scenarios and improve product availability. When you put it all together, we help Brands and Retailers embrace the future of retail.
We are seeking a sales Manager with a good understanding of the retail world who can grow our customer pipeline and portfolio. Our customers are leading Brands and Retailers in the Nordics and soon-to-be Europe.

HOW WE WORKÂ
Ourtradehub is a two-sided B2B platform, with some onboarding complexity. That has a big influence on how we sell. First, the more customers we have in an industry, the more value we provide everyone, new and existing customers, everyone benefits. Therefore, the most important thing is building on top of what is already in place, meaning getting existing customers to refer new- once ones.
Second is identifying and approaching obvious new customers to Ourtradehub[CN1]Â platform, building the pipeline.
Your job is to reach out to potential and new customers – Brands and Retailers - negotiate and close the deal.
RESPONSIBILITIES
PIPELINE
You will be responsible for building and maintaining the sales customer pipeline. We have a long sales circle, so managing the pipeline is crucial for our success.
Our best lead channel is our existing Customers. You are expected to MANGLER TEKST
Once the lead ins are in the pipeline, you are responsible for driving them through our corporate engagement model.
You will report on development and actions towards building and maintaining the pipeline, on weekly kickoffs, and on bimonthly Board reporting.Â
You are expected to spot possibilities and drive find new approaches on how to get the first meeting.

REVENUE
As head of Sales, you are overall responsible for the company’s revenue Your main KPI will be New Paying customers.
From time to time we are onboarding a Strategic important trading partner, who will get to[CN1]Â trade with one existing trading partner for free. These are of course the hottest leads inn town. Build a strong relationship, and convince them to onboard more trading partners, and become paying customers. Â
Upsell / Cross sell, we have e.g. Hummel and Sportmaster as paying customers. They are currently not connected throug Ourtradehub, but they should be. You are expected to spot these opportunities, and secure that, Ourtradehub and our customers, are getting the absolute most out of the trading partners on the platform.

COMPANY DEVELOPMENT
Our product solution solves a general problem for all retailers and brands lack of revenue due to lack of inventory. You are on the frontline with daily contacts, hence you will be an important stakeholder in co-developing the company’s strategy and implementing it within your area.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & PERSONALITY TRAITS
Background and experience with B2B solution sales and a proven record of building and maintaining a large customer base. It is an advantage if you have worked with omnichannel retail and understand the related challenges, opportunities, and processes. Your colleagues are the tech experts – you bring the sales competencies to the table.
