We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who can provide ongoing support to our clients. You should be able to contribute to building relationships and create new opportunities based on the customers’ needs, that will increase our business’ revenue potential and minimize churn rates.
A Customer Success Manager is a strategic and supportive partner for our customers at every stage of the relationship. You’re focused on building loyalty to ensure long-term customer retention by presenting product value, addressing customer issues, and helping the sales team with upsells and renewals.
Having just landed funding from Seed Capital, we are continuing our mission of providing accurate predictive intelligence to MarCom agencies, enabling them to retain and grow their client relationships.
At Lift Relations, we provide a science and data-based solution through the Lift Score, primarily to enterprises in the US and Europe.
What You'll Do
Ultimately, you will work directly with customers to help solve their problems and ensure their satisfaction. You will also work closely with other team members to ensure customer questions and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
All of the above while enriching our Community of Friends & Future in Lift and in our vibrant office environment and team dynamics. Ideally, you'll be office based/hybrid.
What We're Looking For In You
You are excited to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing startup environment while able to demonstrate empathy and develop a strong rapport with customers. As an excellent communicator, you can recognize different customer motivations and communicate effectively across multiple stakeholders. Your strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills enable you to absorb product knowledge quickly and process information to apply to customer needs. With the ability to draw insights and learnings from data and surveys you are comfortable analyzing data sets to craft a compelling story. A minimum of 3 years as a Customer Success Manager is required and preferably from a tech SaaS start-up. Proficiency with Salesforce is preferred.
