Relesys are searching for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper Trainee (two-year duration) with a go-getter attitude, who is interested in a career within bookkeeping and accounting. You will join the fantastic Finance Team in Copenhagen currently consisting of an Accountant, a Controller, one administrative employee, and the CFO. In December 2021 we got IPO listed, and have just entered an exciting era, where we can offer great responsibilities in tasks in a fast-paced environment of a growing SaaS company! Furthermore, you will join a social company that focuses greatly on the people and building an amazing company culture where who you are as a person matters! 

 

Responsibilities as our Bookkeeper Trainee: 

  • You will be assigned to bookkeeping and master data tasks. 
  • Bookkeeping tasks will mainly be regarding vendor invoices and sales invoices.  
  • You will also be involved in supportting tasks such as administration of the group payment solution “Pleo”.  
  • Master Data tasks will include customer and vendor master data as well as contract and product master data.  
  • The Master Data tasks will involve both our ERP solution, but also other applications e.g. for CRM and Contract management.  
  • Eventually you will have full accounting responsibilities for an entire company.  

 

Who are you? 

  • You are diligent and have a strong work ethic with high-performance genes but are always humble to the core. 
  • You have a weakness for numbers and work with attention to detail and structure. 
  • You work with proactivity and independence and are eager to take ownership of your tasks and assignments.
  • You have an educational background from HHX or EUX. 
  • You have outstanding communication skills both verbally and in writing - in both Danish and English 🇩🇰🇬🇧
