We are looking for a full time Analytics Specialist to join our team in Aarhus as soon as possible.

Turning the vast amounts of data we collect into actionable insights for our customers is the heart of our company. You will play a key role in helping us realize a significant untapped potential in our business intelligence, helping our different business departments on our way to conquering Europe.

About us

We help shopping centers attract, understand and keep loyal customers with our app based shopping center loyalty platform. With Emplate shopping centers can achieve:

• Customer loyalty

• Data-driven management

• Owned customer database

• Digital customer experiences

Our team consists of 25 empathic, ambitious and highly skilled people, and we currently have 47 shopping center customers in Europe (and one in Boston). With recent funding from Heartland (Anders Holch Povlsen) we are on a journey to conquer the rest of Europe.

Your role

Your main responsibility will be to build and maintain reporting on the KPI's we set for our products. Our reporting currently consist of:

• Embedded dashboards in the CMS used by customers

• Dashboards used internally by our different departments (Customer Success, Sales, Product, Marketing)

• Reports for management, board of directors and our investor

• Ad-hoc queries from customers and colleagues

We use Metabase (https://www.metabase.com/) for turning the data in our data warehouse into dashboards and reports.

You will be collaborating closely with our Head of Finance, who built and maintains our Data Warehouse, in streamlining the processes around our business intelligence and expanding/restructuring the data model to fit growing reporting needs.

Your day-to-day will also include collaboration with colleagues in all business departments when defining and reporting on the KPI's relevant to their job responsibilities.

How we imagine you

You enjoy turning vast amounts of data into structured data models for reporting. You know how to turn data models into actionable insights by designing dashboards and reports of high usability.

You are full of initiative and love solving problems. We are a scale-up in a growth phase, and we need you to bring your experience to the table and help us continuously grow and build our processes around our business intelligence.

You know your way around:

• SQL

• Data modelling

• Dashboard/report design

• Answering questions with data

Furthermore, it is a plus if you have worked with SaaS products.
