We are looking for a person used to creating the Coachella-like experiences people wish they were invited to, to be an instrumental part in making DJUCE a global leader in wine (in alternative packaging), and as such change the industry. A key for this to happen will be about presence and our ability to get cans into the hands of thousands of people. You will join the company at an early stage and be responsible for setting up our global events program as well as planning and executing a stream of experiences in the coming year/s. As such you will collaborate with partners and freelancers and over time build a team internally, but we are looking for a person who wants to continue to put the finishing touches on things to create magic.
Your responsibilities will include:
Design a strategy for how we work with experiences.
Identifying the right partners with which we can scale and reach thousands of customers with a very limited organization. This includes both partners like for example Art Basel as well as execution partners.
Collaborating with our creative team to build experiences that people stand in line to be a part of.
Get the right people in cities all over the world to be a part of DJUCE
Execute said experiences within or below budget
