We are now strengthening our engineering teams & delivery model with a team of scrum masters, who will be responsible for driving the deliveries within our 7 engineering teams.

What will you do:

• You will drive the sprint planning together with the team lead / product owner & technical owner, the relevant account manager & the engineering team, and be gatekeeper on the sprint process in the teams.

• Together with our engineers, you will help resolve blockers and clarify priorities & deadlines in order to deliver high quality products, while planning the monthly releases in collaboration with our operations team.

What are we looking for:

• An experienced delivery manager to drive our sprint process in our engineering teams.

• Relevant experience with driving processes (for example as a Scrum Master).

• A solid technical background, to be able to engage in relevant discussions with the team.

• Support for the engineers by mitigating risk, balancing capacity & establishing a clear overview of deliveries & progress.

• Strong communication skills to keep stakeholders updated on progress and assist engineers with planning & clarifications.

• Experience with IT product development and collaborating with product owners.

• A structured approach which will help the account teams & clients to plan for the coming 3-6 months backlog.

• Experience with estimation & prioritization of sprint content.

• Good people skills, to help build relations internally & externally of our organization.

If you are not already living in Copenhagen, but would like to, we can help make the relocation easy. We will take you through the process of getting a Danish work VISA (applies to you and your immediate family). We are part of the Fast-Track programme so the process will be as quick as possible.
