We are looking for an Office Assistant in our Budapest studio.

What you'll do

We are currently 38 employees in the Budapest office, and we are looking for a proactive, structured, and people-oriented Office Assistant, who will help make our days in the office even smoother. As a dynamic, driven Office Assistant you emit a great deal of positive energy that transmits in everything you do; from greeting and interacting with our employees and guests to taking on new projects. You love to keep the office organized and feel comfortable engaging with employees. You are also good at working without supervision and can prioritize your tasks in an accurate manner.

Your day-to-day work will include

• Organize company events and trainings

• Assist and support management and HR

• Assist in onboarding new employees

• Maintain the operation of the office

• Improve processes (make them smoother, more automatic)

• Greet people at the reception and show colleagues and new hires around in the office

• Make colleagues follow the office policy

• Manage letters, invoices, contracts

• Keep in touch with suppliers

• Various ad hoc tasks

This role is for you if you are/have

• Relevant work experience

• Fluent in English and Hungarian (both written and spoken)

• Team player - a person we can count on

• Positive and smiley

• Proactive and hard-working

• Excellent in solving problems

• Communicative
