Have you ever wanted to get hands-on experience in a video production team? At Barma, we are offering a learning process and guidance for an intern at the company's headquarters in Aarhus. The internship period is adapted to the company and your needs. As an intern you will be part of a creative production team, working with the production of content for our e-learning platform. You will be in close collaboration with our production department, be involved in the planning, recording, and post-production of the content. In connection with this, you must participate in the recordings, where you can train your skills in filming video material with professional equipment. You will also work on editing the material using Premiere Pro.

During your internship, you will be required to work with other team members with years of experience within your work area. Who will offer you knowledge and guidance for specific cases in addition to your freedom of developing professional and personal skills on your own. The majority of Barma are former graduates, and therefore we know the importance of feedback and focus on learning objectives for your internship.

You should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of video production.

What to Expect from Your Internship?

In your internship, your work assignments will primarily relate to video production. The list below contains some of the work areas you will potentially work on in your internship. The detailed specification of work tasks is designed in a dialogue between you and Barma so that both you and our interests are met.

• Work with the video team on pre-production, production, and post-production.

• Film, edit and produce video content for our e-learning platform.

• Provide video, motion graphics & audio support to Marketing, and other departments as needed.

• Creating storyboards or visual scripts for upcoming productions.

We are looking for an intern who possesses most of the following qualifications:

• Ability to multitask and take initiative.

• A proactive and can-do attitude.

• Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly.

• You love working performance-based and strive to achieve your goals.

• Basic understanding of Premiere Pro (alternatively Final Cut Pro X)

• Preferred experience using cameras for video production.

• Ability to script and outline ideas for videos.
