About this Role:

We are growing our sales department and looking for a Key Account Executive to work closely with our existing customers and grow their success with our products. This is a great opportunity to combine your sales and relationship-building skills, with immediate impact on the success of our company.

From gaining a deep understanding of our offerings and customers, you’ll be tasked with implementing a strategic plan to increase our customers' engagement with our company with focus on increasing revenues per account.

As Key Account Executive, your tasks will also include capturing new leads and closing sales with new customers within the same regions / segments of your key accounts.

Success in this role will require your talent in building relationships and influence at different levels of our customers’ organisations — finding and nurturing internal champions that buy into our mission, and growing Imerso into a household name within their organisations.

We're looking to fill this role as soon as possible, so we'll be reviewing candidates on a rolling basis.

Some of the things you may expect to be working on:

  •  Understand the fit of our offerings within the tool stack of customers at different stages of the construction value-chain.
  • Analyse our customers' business and deployments of our products, seeking opportunities to foster adoption.
  • Collaborate with customer teams to create success-stories; Organising or participating in customer events to promote internal sharing of Imerso successes within customer organisations.
  • Implement a plan for routine follow-ups, insight capturing, and activation of project teams within your key accounts.
  • Leverage your network-building and insights from key accounts to generate new sales and capture new customers with similar profiles. 
  • Measuring success and converting first-time pilots into paying subscriptions.
  • Coordinate with our product, sales, and marketing teams to leverage your account insights into new opportunities.
  • Take ownership and reporting of key account KPIs, such as growing revenue per account and user engagement.

    Do you see yourself here?

    • Proven record in Account Management or Sales, preferably within B2B SaaS.
    • Proficiency with a modern sales-automation tool stack (Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, HubSpot, Outreach, or similar).
    • High standard in Communication & Presentation skills.
    • Working knowledge of the construction sector and BIM methodologies is a plus.
    • Strong professional network within the Norwegian construction sector is a plus.
    • Fluency in both English and Norwegian is a must-have — proficiency in other Scandinavian languages is a plus.
    • Ambition, Structure, and Persistence — with motivation to take the journey of building a new global company.
