We are looking for a Digital Sales Advisor to join our small but growing and dedicated team. This is a newly created role to be based at our Headquarter in Vejle, Denmark.
About the role
As our new Digital Sales Advisor at AUTOproff you will be responsible for converting sales lead into customers.
Your mission will be to engage prospects and potential customers primarily in Denmark, but also in Sweden and Norway.
You will report to our Nordic Commercial Director and be instrumental to for our success in Scandinavia.
Let's dive into your key responsibilities
Qualify leads from car dealerships, mobility providers and OEMs
Test new campaigns and channels to offer our customers the best possible experience
Contact prospective customers by both telephone and email
Market Research to develop warm leads
Use product knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to prospects
Up sell additional products as needs arises
Use databases, CRM, or other software to track progress with new prospects
Report weekly sales goals and objectives to regional leaders
Maintain contact with existing clients to make sure they are satisfied and request referrals
In addition to tasks related to B2B sales you will also be working with our innovative C2B solution (end customer are able to trade in the cars to retailers digitally the C2B solution)
The tasks related to the C2B solution will focus on; onboarding of new customers and supporting our professional retailers in improving performance on lead generation and conversion
Close collaboration with you colleagues from Sales, Marketing and Customer Service in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Germany
The need-to-have skills
Experience from customer service and/or sales
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Fluent in Danish as well as English
Professional and friendly attitude with a great ability to appear confident and “smile” through the phone
Experience working with CRM systems
The nice-to-have skills
Understanding of B2B sales and the automotive industry and environment
Knowledge from building seamless customer journeys and capability in building high end NPS results
Experience working with HubSpot
